What is warrant tracking?
Warrant tracking is used to enforce effective dates of a warrant. When a warrant is assigned to a device, the device is only tracked between start date and expire date of the warrant.
How do I set warrant tracking?
Click the [Warrant Tracking OFF] button to assign a warrant. Enter warrant information and click [Save] button to assign the warrant.
How do I cancel warrant tracking?
Click the [Warrant Tracking ON] button bring up the warrant information. Click [Remove] button to remove warrant tracking on the device. Once removed, the device will be tracked normally.
How do I get alerted for expiring warrant?
When setting up a warrant, check off send reminder when 5 days remain and/or when 2 days remain.
